I reflect on how parenthood has transformed me and my son Xander, who is about to turn 11. Celebrating Xander’s academic achievements and unique personality, I note the challenges of managing emotions and evolving family dynamics. I emphasize balance between personal life and parenting, encourage embracing the unpredictability of raising a child, and offer advice to new parents. Looking forward, I aim to nurture Xander’s passions and values.
